The Ruah Woods Institute draws its name from the Hebrew word Ruah (pronounced ROO-ah), which refers to “Spirit” or “Breath” in Scripture.  

In a culture that distorts truth and confuses identity, Catholic schools have a sacred mission: to tell the true story of the human person. The Ruah Way is your school’s opportunity to reclaim that story—rooted in the beauty of Christian Anthropology and St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.
