Welcome to the Ruah Way
The Ruah Woods Institute draws its name from the Hebrew word Ruah (pronounced ROO-ah), which refers to “Spirit” or “Breath” in Scripture.
In a culture that distorts truth and confuses identity, Catholic schools have a sacred mission: to tell the true story of the human person. The Ruah Way is your school’s opportunity to reclaim that story—rooted in the beauty of Christian Anthropology and St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.
Let’s build a culture where truth is proclaimed, identity is restored, and every person knows they are a gift.
Teacher training is included at no additional charge with every purchase of Theology of the Body curriculum. This makes it easy and affordable for schools and parishes to dive into onboarding, implementation, and ongoing formation.

In our Educator Formation Series, teachers and staff dive into rich and relatable topics such as food, work, and culture from our sacramental worldview. This daily-life approach to St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body invites participants into wonder, to see creation as a metaphor for God’s love for us every day, and to share that love in and out of their classrooms.
